My name is Greg Coulombe and my family and I just recently moved from NH down here to sunny FL! (Or should I say "Wet & Rainy"? ) My CP grow-list has been very basic; Dionaea Royal Red, B52, common, a few Drosera's, Utricularia Sandersonii, Some Hybrid Sarracenia's, and a Nepenthes Diatas that I'm sure would just love to commit suicide before I manage to some how bring it to near death... for the 3rd time! I am in "Seed" mode lately, and I'm looking to take my CP knowledge ( ) to the next level by growing new plants from seed in my terrarium. My future wish-list is; Byblis Liniflora All Epiphytic Utricularia's Heliamphora Cephalotus Genlisea and Drosophyllum I'm also a member of the CPS in the UK and the ICPS. (The ICPS is awesome, and if you're not already a member, I would highly recommend becoming one. The quarterly newsletter is AWESOME! Also, Dr. Barry Rice is an incredibly knowledgeable man when it comes to CP's, and his book "Growing Carnivorous Plants" is a must have for all CP growers.) Thanks Brian and Steve for all the help and quick responses, I really appreciate it and I'm glad to be a part of the FCPS! Happy Growing Everyone!

Hello Greg! Welcome to the FCPS! I look forward to your cultural (plant & personal) experience here in Florida. You seem to have come at a rather moist time for the area. The one good thing you will be able to learn, is why lake front property in Florida requires a house on stilts! You will always be able to say, "I remember when all of that area was deep underwater!" Take care, Steven Stewart
