Is this plant a rubricorpora, or an atropurpurea? I Googled this plant, but it seems that it was conflicting, most said rubri, but a few said atro. Any help in this matter would be appreciated

Hey Rich, I do believe that atropurpurea and rubricorpora are almost the same plant.... But I think rubricorpora may be entirely red, including the lid. Brian

Thank you Brian, for clearing that up. I was always under the impression that a rubricorpora was a red tube, with an olive green/yellow hood with veining and that the atropurpurea was a solid red. I have two rubricorpora plants - the first is very large, but falls under the category of what I believed a rubri to be, however, I picked a seedling up at a plant sale, that now it has matured, starts out with veining in the hood, only to eventually become solid red. The hybrid I picked up, flava 'Bulloch' was the pollen parent, so the plant is solid red, but I noticed that this plant is from your neck of the woods, so is there anything more you can tell me about it? Like growth habits, or is it a vigorous grower? Thank again!
