This little European terrestrial was hiding in amongst the Dactylorhiza. It's quite inconspicuous. Only my first season growing it so I don't know a great deal about it so far. Anacamptis coriophora ssp fragrans

Don't see how I missed this one. I take it that the latin synonym "fragrans' relates to it's wonderful odor?

You are correct Brian, a wonderful scent of vanilla. No fruity tarts I'm afraid.
