Sundew Extreme and Pgym

Hello ;D

So when I was watering my plants today I notice something on my Sundew... These green weed like stalks I'm not sure if I can cut them or what they are? Second does my pygmy Sundew look ok other then the fact all my plants are coming out of dormancy.

The green weeds are the "flowers" of the moss. Annoying but harmless.

The Pygmy (scorpioides by the looks of it) is dormant but should do OK. I usually cut of dead leaves to prevent fungus.
