Platanthera blephariglottis probably better known in the US as the white fringed orchid. I grow this in a tub with a woodland bog compost. Peat/perlite to halfway then peat/ cheap orchid conpost/ pine chippings. Drainage is by holes drilled in the side of the tub, six inches down. They were small plants last year showing just a single leaf each. This year there's quite a few more and three are flowering at a height of 24 - 32 inches ( 60 - 80 cm). There is only a vestigial fringe and I hope this is because they are first time bloomers. Platanthera blephariglottis
