Hey Guys, While going through my seedlings a noticed an odd looking Pinguicula primuliflora seedling and on closer inspection I realized it was sending up a flower! The seedling is only 1/2 a centimeter in diameter too! Has anyone else ever had this occur? I will post an update if the flower opens. -Max

Hey Max,
Very interesting! Are you sure it's not P. pumila? I have some just beginning to come up from last year's seed....
Happy Growing,
Brian.

Hi Max, nice little plant , do you mean 1 centimeter in diameter? It really looks a little bit strage, perhaps Brian is right that it could be P. pumila; it also looks a little bit like a P. lusitanica. When the flower is open you have to take again some pictures. Best regards, Dani

Hey Brian and Dani,
I've been wondering the same thing, it does look a bit like P. pumila, we will see when it flowers.
I dont know what I was thinking when I said one millimeter, it is actually 1/2 centimeter.
