I have just received from a friend some fresh seeds of pumila . I know which are annual, their substrate is rather sand - peat 50/50, perhaps others infos ?
how you grow this species ?

Hi Jeff,
50/50 sand peat is perfect! I grow this species just a little bit drier than I do the other southeast US species and they seem to flourish more in cooler temps (50-70F), with Winter being their flowering season. They tend to favor higher areas than the others 'in situ' as well...
