Arisaema amurense is a widespread diverse species from Asia, it grows to 0.5 m (1ft 8in) by 0.5 m (1ft 8in) and is hardy to zone 5. The flowers are dioecious , ie.individual flowers are either male or female, but only one sex is to be found on any one plant so both male and female plants must be grown if seed is required. They are pollinated by flies. The plant prefers light sandy and medium loamy mediums which need to be moist but well drained. These can be acid, neutral and basic. Lighting can be woodland, light woodland or full sun. In other words it's not too particular provided it's kept moist. Arisaema amurense

Nice! Definitely favors a CP. And it hasn't eaten the duck either! Brian
