Hi all, in the moment my Dendrobium lamyaiae (lanyaiae) is still in flower. About 4 weeks ago it opened it´s first flower. All in all there are 14 flowers, they are about 4-5 cm in diameter. Every evening the flowers are closing slightely. Here are a few "older" pictures (not fully opened flowers): And here are some new pictures: And here it´s growing (picture taken from outside the terrarium): Best regards, Dani

Hi Dani, A very nice species. I see you are growing it with Heliamphora. Does it like cooler/intermediate conditions? Happy growing, Brian.

Thanks Brian. Yes, i´m growing it together with my Heliamphora, a few Nepenthes and some Utricularia in this aquarium/terrarium. It seems to like the conditions with cooler nights (in the moment about 12-15°C at night). It was found in Laos and Thailand as a miniature sized, warm to cold growing epiphyte. Here an interesting homepage for orchids: www.orchidspecies.com/Best regards, Dani
