my growing condition : in my home in a great terra 50 x60x150 cm closed in front of a south window ( to 40cm) with a lid opened by some wedge (5mm) for the aeration (no ventilator)
all my heliam in pot in 2-3 cm of rain water to have always a good hygrometry (80-90%)
no artificial light just a natural ( with sometimes the sun) actually with the winter condition here the sun is often present ( like 'in situ' from december to march )
in summer : 18-20 °c the night 20-30 the day with some pic to 35°c always 80-90%hygrometry in winter : 15-18°c the night 20-22 the day with some pic to 25°c always with the same hygrometry.
for all my heliamphora blond peat + vermiculite 50/50 , seedling included.
my criterion of good shape for these plants it is the nectar spoon, it must be always quite red after the color of the pitcher for me is not important ;D
